Went back to the clinic for my check-up this afternoon! i waited for 1h30mins before the clinic open :/
So i thought that the physician will just check the progress of my knee.. Hell NO! He apply this medicine on my knee then i felt this burning sensation, the burning on my knee lasted for quite long. It was really uncomfortable! The physician REMINDED me again that i need to rest for 3 months before resuming any physical activity HOW TORTUROUS CAN THIS BE!!!
